Corporate cleaning – FAQ
Corporate cleaning is tailored to the needs of the customer and the premises. Cleaning can include vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning workstations and meeting rooms, cleaning kitchens and toilets, watering greenery and emptying rubbish. Regular cleaning can also be combined with seasonal cleaning, such as window cleaning, floor waxing or deep cleaning.
In addition to this, we always appoint a contact person for our business customers, who in principle takes care of the customer service for this same customer.
The frequency of cleaning of premises depends on the size of the premises, the number of employees and customers and the occupancy rate. In general, we recommend regular cleaning at least once a month, but it is possible to increase the frequency depending on occupancy and demand.
We offer cleaning services on any day and at any time, including evenings, nights, and weekends. This allows us to schedule cleaning at the most convenient time for you – for example at times when the usage of the premises is at its lowest. Please note that evening, night, and weekend cleanings have an increased rate.
The duration of the cleaning depends on several factors, such as the size of the space, the amount of furniture and materials, and how frequently the space is used. We can provide an estimate based on your details, or we can perform a one-off test cleaning to assess both the required time and the quality of our service. The price of corporate cleaning mainly consists of the duration and frequency of the cleaning. The price includes all necessary cleaning equipment and detergents. Additional costs may apply for example in the following situations:
- Cleaning is scheduled for Sundays, evenings (18-23), nighttime (23-06), or public holidays
- A floor cleaning machine is required from WashUP
- Cleaning equipment needs to be delivered each time and potential parking fees may apply (we aim to store equipment at the customer’s space or use free sparking spaces nearby)
All details are agreed upon before the contract begins so that the pricing is transparent and there are no surprises.
Yes, we always try to appoint the same and familiar cleaner for the client, who regularly visits the same space and thus learns the needs and habits of the space to be cleaned. However, in unexpected cases, such as sickness absence or holiday periods, we may ask for a substitute to clean instead of the familiar cleaner.
Providing keys is entirely up to you. You can choose to open the door for the cleaner yourself, but for convenience, we recommend providing keys or an access pass for us. Ideally, we ask for three keys: one for your regular cleaner, one for backup for emergency cases, one for a substitute cleaner in case of regular cleaner’s unexpected illness. Please note that if we only have one key, arranging a substitute cleaner may take longer, as the key transfer from the regular cleaner might delay the service.
Sustainability and environmental friendliness are important values guiding everything we do. We train our cleaners to follow eco-friendly practices so that they know how to pay attention to sustainability while cleaning. We use cleaning products that are safe for the environment, people, and pets and packaged in recyclable bottles. We also minimize unnecessary use of detergents and water and properly sort and recycle waste – we don’t throw everything in the mixed waste.
